Tokyo Medical University Hospital is Iocated in the heart of the Shinjuku new metropolitan center, in the western part of Tokyo. It is the central health care and medical research institution among the new towering skyscrapers of the Shinjuku area. Our hospital has continuously made efforts to provide open health care based on our university's guiding motto of justice, friendship and the principle of philanthropy and service. With regular replacement of chairmen of departments who are in charge of health care, we ensure that we always have an assembly of the newest and most advanced thinkers. We work closely together with the local general population and the doctors and medical facilities in the surrounding area. With the new establishment of a health liaison center, all staff at Tokyo Medical University are working towards a more open and connected medical care and service, in cooperation with neighboring institutions and practitioners including the Shinjuku Medical Association, fulfilling our role as a specially designated hospital.
We have an extremely high level of perinatal care and we work in close cooperation with surrounding hospitals and clinics. We believe in providing good and reliable health care which is centered around the patient and we want to maintain our reputation as a hospital that is highly regarded by the community. |
